General Instructions

Ensure you clean the cooking utensils with a soft towel or sponge and leave to dry completely first before use. Hand wash recommended forproduct's longevity.

For best non-stick performance, add at least a spoon of oil before each use.

Do not heat up empty cooking utensils. Make sure there is at least some oil, butter, liquid, or food in the pan before putting it on the stove. Always start on low heat or medium heat.

 Do not put the pan on high heat or overheat the pan before it is preheated because high temperature may damage the non-stick coating surface.

Do not cut food or use sharp tools inside the pan to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

Do not clean the non-stick coating surface with steel wool, scouring pads or any abrasive material.

Do not pour cold water in the pan when it is still burning hot, allow it cool and then clean using warm soapy water.

When cooking with an electric stove, ensure you lift up the pan and avoid sliding the pan off the glass bottom.

To prevent unnecessary burns, ensure you use cotton gloves handling the pot when cooking at high-temperature or for a long-time as handles may get hot.
