Sensarte® Limited Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use. The manufacturer's obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, professional use or if the utensil is banged or dropped. Normal wear of the non-stick coating does not affect the release performance thanks to blasting technology permanent textured surface and thus is not covered by this warranty. Stains, discoloration and minor scratches on the inside and outside of the utensil constitute normal use, do not affect performance, and are not covered by this warranty. Decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of Sensarte. This warranty is valid only for the first quality goods purchased from an authorized selling agent of Sensarte.

 We offer 30 days, no-reason return policy. If you receive the product and are not satisfied, you can ask for a return with no reason for 30days from the delivery date and get a full refund. Please make sure that you have not used the item to enjoy the 30 days no-reason return policy.

 

Sensarte 1-year warranty covers the whole item replacement with a new one and does not cover the issues related to damages taken place by the customer.

 

For all handle, lid and knob of sensarte's products, we offer a 1-year warranty for a new part replacement under the condition that the parts are faulty during the arrival of the package. If the customer accidentally damaged the handle, lid or knob and wish to get a replacement, we will send a replacement free of charge, but the customer will require to pay the shipment cost. Please follow the instructions before the first use, cleaning etc.

For non-stick coating, we offer 1-year warranty. The warranty covers the whole item replacement with a new one and does not cover the issues related to damages taken place by the customer. Please  follow the instructions before the first use, cleaning etc. In this case, the customer will pay the shipment cost.

Along with your request, please describe the defect and attach a copy of the proof of purchase. Please also include your contact details so that we can contact you. We reserve the right to request additional information (for example, pictures of the product) or a product return in order to process your request. If your product shows a defect that is covered by this guarantee, we will replace or repair it free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent product. This guarantee is without prejudice to the rights you may have based on the applicable national legislation (for example, concerning the sale of consumer goods) and these may vary from country to country. You can contact our customer service department if you wish to receive a copy of this guarantee policy by email.
